Your Power Of Attraction

What Is It You Really Want?

First and foremost ask yourself this. What do you really want in your life? Do you want a new mate? Someone who fits in with the way you want to live? Do you want a new and better job? Do you want a better place to live? Or is it better health? Do you want more or better friends in your life?

You’ve heard this before, but it is still true. Be what you want to attract. If you want friends, be the friend you want to be. If you want love, be that love.

I know a woman who has many friends. Why? I’ve noticed certain things that she does and I’ve also recognized who she is and what she’s about. When I am at a gathering where my friend is, I usually see her with someone and when I am close enough to hear the conversation, I hear that she is asking about them and their family, about what is going on in their life. This is not an act. I can tell she really wants to know how they are and what they are doing. She does things for friends when they are in need. She drives an older lady on errands. She enjoys being with people of like-minds, she enjoys being of service. When she hugs friends, she puts pure and joyous love into those hugs. Therefore, people want to spend time with her and be her friend. They are drawn to her because they want to be more like her.

Another person I know walks up to others and begins telling them how she herself is. It’s usually with a sad look on her face. Still another usually has a happy and joyful continence. Which person do you want to be around?

You can pray for someone you want in your life. Do you want to change them or do you accept them for who they are and love them anyway? Everyone is not perfect in every area. We are all working to better some aspect of ourselves. Can you love and accept a friend as they are without having to “set them straight?”

What do you really want for your life? You can be whoever you want to be. You have access to the Divine Mind within you through meditation and quiet contemplation. As written about in the Prodigal Son, all that the Father has is already yours. You have all of the love, peace, wisdom and creativity that you desire.  Ask Spirit what your next step is. Now follow your inner guidance to become who and what you want to be.
