Action Steps to Gratitude


 Abundance comes into our lives in so many ways. If you decide to take the steps below if can take you to a place of peace, joy and wonder.  

  1. Start a Gratitude Journal and keep it on your bedside table. Write in it every night thanking God for everything good that happened that day. When you see how many things you have to be thankful for, you will begin to open yourself to a wonderful new life.
  2. Live in an attitude of Gratitude. Give thanks all day for everything good that happens. Give thanks, and as night follows day, more blessings will come your way.
  3. Read the chapter on Gratitude in I Had It All the Time by Alan Cohen.
  4. Read Blessings by Julia Cameron.
  5. Now is the time to turn your life over to God, knowing in complete faith that all will be handled perfectly. Surrender your life to God
  6. Repeat the following affirmation many times during the day.

I am thankful for all the good God has showered on me. I am now ready to live my life in joy and gratitude.
